Ghanaian comic actor, Nana Yaw Benson, popularly known as Funny Face has finally rendered an unqualified apology to the Ghana Police Service and the IGP.

Previously, Funny Face was dragged to the Ofankor circuit court for possessing and firing firearms in public. He also took to social media on several occasions to insult the Police service in general.

While in court, the judge referred the comic actor to the Accra Psychiatric Centre for medical care after adjourning the case.

However, weeks after passing time at the centre, the self-acclaimed children president is back to his sense and has taken to social media to render an apology to the police service and the office of the Inspector General of Police (IGP).

“I want to sincerely apologize to GHANA POLICE SERVICE .. am really sorry for some of the words , I used on da POLICE SERVICE … pls find a place in ur heart to forgive me .. long live GHANA and long live GHANA POLICE – He wrote on Instagram.
