Robert Lane Saget was an American stand-up comedian, actor, and television host. His acting roles included Danny Tanner on the ABC sitcom Full House and its Netflix sequel Fuller House, and the voice of narrator Ted Mosby on the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother.

Born on May 17, 1956, in  Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in the United States of America to a Jewish family. His father, Benjamin (1917–2007),was a supermarket executive, and his mother, Rosalyn “Dolly” (1925–2014), was a hospital administrator.

Robert was said to have had two siblings who both died at a very young age of some sickness which was a bit odd.

The actor was said to haver moved around a lot with his family as he originally intended to become a doctor, but his Honors English teacher, Elaine Zimmerman, saw his creative potential and urged him to seek a career in films.

Robert graduated with a bachelors degree in Art at Temple University’s film school in 1978.

Gay was said to have died seven years after their sister Andrea also died of a brain aneurism. Before her death, Gay was forced to move back in with her parents because she required so much care.

Andrea Saget is the eldest of three children and was said to have died at a very young age. In 1985, Saget’s older sister Andrea died aged 35 after suffering a brain aneurism.
