Rachel Lindsay, born as Rachel Lynn Lindsay Abasolo on April 21, 1985, in Dallas, Texas in the United States of America is a media personality and attorney. She is popular for her role as the first African-American contestant in the 13th season of The Bachelorette TV show.
Rachel has two other siblings, an older sister named Constance and a younger sister called Heather. Rachel attended the University of Texas where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and sports management. She is also a member of the Delta Sigma Theta sorority.
After obtaining her kinesiology degree, she furthered her education and received her J.D. degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin which earned her a license to practice in the state of Texas in November 2011.
Rachel has worked as a legislative intern for the Texas State Senator, Royce West and has also interned with the Milwaukee Bucks. She has also worked at the law firm Cooper & Scully, P.C. She released a book titled “Miss Me With That: Hot Takes, Helpful Tidbits, and a Few Hard Truths” on January 25, 2022.
