Kelly started the feud in 2012 when she tweeted about seeing a photo of Eminem’s adolescent daughter Hailie.

He wrote on Twitter, “I have to admit, she is sexy as f***, in the most respectful way possible cuz Em is king.” Eminem didn’t respond to the song until six years later.

There’s a fair chance that MGK didn’t get the memo that it is never a good idea to refer to Slim Shady’s 16 year-old daughter, especially since this post was made in 2013.

There was no official response from Eminem over Kelly’s Twitter post but he claims to have been blacklisted by Shade 45 SiriusXM and that several publications have refused to examine his work because of what he said.

In a stanza on Tech N9ne’s song “No Reason,” Kellly decided to take a dig at the 8 Mile actor years later, singing:

“I pop cherry and pop stars, you Popsicles is not hard. To remind you all that you just rap, I popped up on the top charts in the cop car. Because you aren’t God, I don’t give a damn about who gets put in jail.”

Using the song “Rap God” and the tweet about Hailie, Kelly awakened the sleeping monster.

“But next time you don’t have to utilize Tech N9ne if you want to come at me with a sub-machine gun,” Em raps on the single “Not Alike” from his Kamikaze album from 2018, which he released in response.

In other words, I’m talking to you, but you know who the fuck you are. You can be sure I don’t use subliminal messages or sneak-diss. My daughter Hailie keeps getting all the attention, though.”

MGK then responded with the lyrics to his song “Rap Devil,” which read: “Tough talk from a rapper paying millions for security every year. ‘I think my father is insane,’ Hailie, you are correct.

Dad’s always yelling at the mike in the studio, and he’s never happy about it. Oh, you’re sober and bored, huh? (I know). “Dog, you’re about to turn 46.”

When Sway interviewed Eminem, he revealed his initial reluctance to respond to Kelly because he feared it would make MGK more famous.

Then, in “KILLSHOT,” he changed his tune and went at Kelly hard, rapping, “How are you going to call yourself after a freaking gun and have a man bun?

” Let’s see who can out-petty who before you die. Slim, you’re getting on in years with your stupid one-liners.

I’m 45 and still selling more than you, Kelly. By the time I was 29, I’d already released three albums that were a complete dud. Luxury, oh, you’re broke, b—-.? The money was there to burn you, ho, in ’02, I tell ya. There is nothing I would rather be at 80 than the person I was at 20.

“Unaccomodating” Eminem appeared to call a truce with a reference to “Rap God” and “Rap Devil” in 2020 single.

According to Stan, “When they ask me is the conflict with MGK over? Obviously, this is the case. When I washed him in my blood, I washed away all of his fatal sins. Even devil worshipers are forgiven by the Lord because I am God.
