Thomas Ross Stripling is an American professional baseball pitcher who currently plays for the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball. On November 23, 1989, he was born in the United States (MLB). In 2016, he made his major league baseball debut with the Los Angeles Dodgers, and in 2018, he was named an All-Star.

After graduating from Carroll High School in Southlake, Texas, where he played baseball during his high school years, Stripling went on to play collegiate baseball at Texas A&M University.

On May 12, 2012, he pitched a perfect game for the Aggies against San Diego State and did not allow a single hit. He finished his 2012 senior season with a 10–4 record and a 3.08 ERA in 16 starts.

Although the Colorado Rockies selected Stripling in the ninth round of the 2011 Major League Baseball draft, he did not end up signing with the team.

The Los Angeles Dodgers selected Ross Stripling in the fifth round of the 2012 MLB draft. Stripling pitched in 22 games for the Dodgers, starting 14, going 5-9 with a 3.96 ERA in 14 starts.

He also pitched in five postseason games as a reliever, giving up five runs in two and a half innings of work. On August 31, 2020, the Los Angeles Dodgers transferred Ross Stripling to the Toronto Blue Jays in exchange for Kendall Williams and an unspecified player.
