Cameron Joseph Gallagher is a Major League Baseball catcher for the Kansas City Royals in the United States.

Cam Gallagher was selected in the second round of the 2011 MLB draft by the Kansas City Royals out of Manheim Township High School in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

After the 2016 season, the Royals added him to their 40-man roster.

Cam Gallagher was elevated to the Royals’ 25-man roster on August 6, 2017, to replace the injured Salvador Pérez.

He made his MLB debut the next day, collecting his first MLB hit in the second game of a doubleheader against the Seattle Mariners.

On August 14, 2017, Cam Gallagher hit his first major league home run, a grand slam, against the Oakland Athletics.
