Cedric McMillan is an American born bodybuilder who was born on August 17, 1977, in Maplewood, New Jersey in the United States of America. With a height of 1.85m, Cedric was taller than most of his fellow professional bodybuilders. He was also the Army Instructor for the US army.
Cedric started building his physique when he was 13 years old. He trained with weight sets bought for him by his mother. His role model was Arnold Schwarzenegger and he yearned to be like him.
Cedric joined the army when he was through with his high school education. Whiles in the army, he decided to take part in an upcoming bodybuilding competition after he was persuaded by a friend of his called Neil.
His friend helped him train to get into shape physically and also prepared him mentally by making him learn all he needed to know about bodybuilding. When the time for the competition was up, Cedric had gained an additional weight of 30lbs.
In 2007, he took part in the NPC South Carolina heavyweight competition and won. In 2017, he won the 2017 Arnold Classic competition that was held in Ohio.
Cedric’s most recent competition before his death was the2020 Arnold Classic Ohio where he placed 6th. He died Tuesday, April 12, 202,2 of a heart attack.
