Chrishell knows what it takes to keep her body fueled and balanced between filming, selling multimillion-dollar properties, and practicing new dance routines. (Hint: it entails a slew of quick, healthy dinners that can be taken anywhere.)
However, she does not eat in moderation. “I was a vegetarian for a long time,” she recalls, “but now I don’t put a label on it.”
“Although I strive to avoid eating meat, I am not a vegetarian or vegan. Because I care about animals, I make every effort to eat ethically.”
Chrishell Stause Weight Loss began after her DWTS routines, and she lost 100 pounds with a nutritious diet.
The celebrity lost nearly 30 pounds in season five of the show, kickstarting her diet and gaining a job as a Nutrisystem ambassador. She went to Pilates three times a week and did aerobics twice a week.
Between shooting, selling properties, hosting TV shows, and writing books, she finds time to work out.
Stause frequently works out with athletes, including the creator of Power 8 LA Ocho, and the workout videos they share are brutal.
She’s been destroying my program since the beginning,’ Ocho told WH. She gives it to her all throughout each workout with Ocho, but she also shares her body with the rest of the group. Every week, she takes at least two or three days off to rest.
Chrishell uses Pilates once or twice a week to extend, stretch, and recover. It’s low-impact and gives her a good workout while also allowing her to relax. She enjoys weighted circuits and eats primarily plants.
