Jameson Lee Taillon (born November 18, 1991) is a Canadian-American Major League Baseball pitcher who currently pitches for the New York Yankees. Previously, he was a member of the Pittsburgh Pirates.

In the 2010 MLB draft, the Pirates selected Taillon with the second overall choice. In 2016, he made his MLB debut. Before the 2021 season, the Pirates traded Taillon to the Yankees.

The Pirates sold Taillon to the New York Yankees on January 24, 2021, in exchange for prospects Miguel Yajure, Roansy Contreras, Maikol Escotto, and Canaan Smith. With a 1.16 ERA in July, he was awarded the American League Pitcher of the Month.

He was 8–6 in 29 starts during the 2021 season, with a 4.30 ERA and 140 strikeouts in 144+13 innings.

In the second game of a doubleheader against the Los Angeles Angels on June 2, 2022, Taillon pitched seven flawless innings. A Jared Walsh doubles in the eighth inning would put an end to this bid.

On May 8, 2017, Taillon had testicular cancer surgery. One of his testicles was removed. He was cancer-free as of 2019.

Taillon was born in the United States, but his parents are Canadian, and he is a dual citizen of the two nations.
