It was Dr. Dre’s day during the profoundly expected halftime show of NBC’s 2022 Super Bowl broadcast, with the prominent minutes including Eminem taking a knee in front of an audience.

The hit-loaded show, which highlighted exhibitions from Dre, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Eminem, Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar, gave melodic diversion at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Calif., during the matchup Sunday between the Los Angeles Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals.

Dre and Snoop started things off with a performance of “The Next Episode” in a copy of different insides. From that point forward, the pair advanced toward the rooftop for “California Love,” refreshing a portion of the verses of Tupac Shakur’s hit melody for 2022.

Before taking the stage for Sunday’s epic Super Bowl 2022 halftime show, Snoop Dogg had something of a pregame warmup. In a video currently making the rounds on social media, Snoop is seen smoking what certainly looks like a weed in the moments leading up to the star-studded performance, which also featured Dr. Dre, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, and surprise guest 50 Cent.

What Is Super Bowl?

The Super Bowl is the annual playoff championship game of the National Football League (NFL). It has served as the final game of every NFL season since 1966, replacing the NFL Championship Game.

Beginning in 2022, the game is being played on the second Sunday in February. Prior Super Bowls were played on Sundays in early to mid-January from 1967 to 1978, late January from 1979 to 2003, and the first Sunday of February from 2004 to 2021. Winning teams are awarded the Vince Lombardi Trophy, named after the eponymous coach who won the first two Super Bowls.
