Maya Jama Biography
Maya Indea Jama is a British television, radio presenter and DJ. She co-presented BBC One’s Peter Crouch: Save Our Summer alongside Peter Crouch and Alex Horne and is the presenter of the BBC Three competition Glow Up: Britain’s Next Make-Up Star from the third series onwards.
Born on August 14, 1994 (age 27 years), in Bristol, in the United Kingdom Maya Jama began his high school education at the Cotham School.
Maya is said to come from a Somalian descent on her father’s side and Swedish descent on her mother’s side.
Jama father has spent most of his life in prison due to his continuous engagement n fights and brawls which led to him missing most of his daughters days growing up.

Her mother, Sadie, was 19 when she gave birth to Jama, and she named her after the US author and poet Maya Angelou. She also has a brother, Omar.
During an appearance on ‘All Round To Mrs Brown’s’, Maya admitted that the pair often get mistaken for sisters.
Sadie is said to be a mother of two beautiful children as he also has a son who is the younger brother of Maya.
