The Black Dahlia Murder was a band that was formed in 2001 by a group of talented singers and instrumentalist which were metal singers. The group consisted of singer Trevor, Strnad, guitarist Brian Eschbach, bassist Max Lavelle, drummer Alan Cassidy, and lead guitarist Brandon Ellis. The group’s name ‘The Black Dahlia Murder’ was named after the unsolved murder of Elisabeth Short in 1947, which was nicknamed ‘Black Dahlia’.
Trevor was the frontman or lead figure in the band and was described as a tremendous force in the Metal scene. He was noted for trying to help smaller bands who were into metal music to rise to fame.
Trevor was born on 3rd May,1981at Waterford, Michigan. He was 41 when he passed on 7th May 2022 and the cause of his death is unknown. His death has been confirmed by his former group members in an Instagram post they shared yesterday May,11,2022.
Trevor had released about 8 albums with his band members where he was the lead vocalist. Their fifth album’Ritual’managed to reach number 31 on the 2011 Billboard. Their ninth album which was Trevor’s last “Verminous” was released on April 17, 2020.
Trevor was not married at the time of his death but is known that he was in a relationship with model Violet Knox. He had an estimated net worth of between $4 and 5 million which is money he had earned from performing metal music. There is currently no information about his immediate family as we are waiting for a statement concerning his death.
