Kalabrya was arrested after she had an altercation with her husband, Dwayne Haskins. She reportedly punched Haskins during an altercation at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on July 3, 2021.

She was later reported to be out of jail after posting bail and was expected to appear in court on August 3, 2021.
