An American professional golfer, Dustin Hunter Johnson was born on June 22, 1984, in Houston, Texas. At Oakmont Country Club, he won the 2016 U.S.
Open with a 4-under-par total of 276 and the 2020 Masters Tournament with a record score of 268 (20 under par), which he achieved in the latter tournament. Both the 2011 Open Championship and the 2015 U.S. Open saw him tie for second place.
One of just two golfers in history (the other being Tiger Woods) to win all four World Golf Championships, he has six victories to his name.
Prior to his resignation from the PGA Tour in June 2022 in order to take up membership with LIV Golf, Johnson was a member of the PGA Tour.
Johnson became the third player in the history of the PGA Tour to win a Tour title in each of his first 13 seasons as a result of his victory at the 2020 Travelers Championship. Johnson joined Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods as the only players to accomplish this feat.
Meet Kandee Johnson and Scott Johnson
Kandee Johnson and Scott Johnson were Dustin’s parents. A golfer’s life would not have been the same without these two. At every opportunity, Dustin Johnson brings up the names of his parents. Their great-grandchildren are Tatum Gretzky Johnson and River Jones Johnson.
