As previously reported, Thomas Williams’ death is the latest tragedy to befall the Williams family. In 2020, the couple’s daughter, Katherine Williams-Dunning, was fatally injured in a car accident.

Known throughout the country music industry, Hank Williams Jr. was just inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame, which will take place in November 2021.

He is said to have had a more private existence with his wife, Mary Jane Thomas.

Her 31st wedding anniversary with her husband, Williams Jr. was in July 2021. She is the grandmother of three grandchildren.

Thomas has chosen to keep her identity a secret, and little is known about her except for the fact that she was a Hawaiian Tropic suntan lotion model when she was younger.

Following the loss of his wife, Williams Jr. has yet to issue an official comment. Following the death of his sister Katherine Williams-Dunning in 2020, Thomas and Williams Jr.’s son, Sam Williams, has already spoken about his mom’s bereavement.

“I’m at a complete loss,” Sam expressed his feelings at the time, adding that “life will never be the same” without Katie Williams.

Thomas’s family has reportedly requested “privacy at this time” as they deal with the devastating death of their daughter.
