Lady Gaga as she is professionally known was born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta. She was born on March 28, 1986, to Joseph Germanotta and Cynthia Louise. She was brought up in the Catholic faith as her parents were Catholics themselves. Lady Gaga is a singer, songwriter, and actress.

At an early age, Gaga was made to play the piano by constant practicing. According to her mother, it was a way to make Gaga “a cultured young woman”. From age 11. she attended a private all-girls Catholic school although she had gained admission to study in Julliard School.
In 2003, Gaga gained early admission to study at the Tisch School of the Arts in New York University. She was one of the 20 students who received early admission to study there. Later on in 2nd year; during the second semester she dropped out of school out of her own will.
This was not an end to her educational journey as she got some education from Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute where she studied methods of acting for 10 years.

In 2005, Lady Gaga got signed onto Def Jam Records but was dropped after a few months. Being dropped from the record got her taking on several job offers on New York City’s Lower East Side. The job offers involved singing in clubs, performing with bands, and experimenting with her fashion sense.
At the age of 20, Gaga began work at Interscope Records as a songwriter for artists and New Kids on the Block as well as The Pussycat Dolls. Later on, Akon took notice of Gaga while she was performing a burlesque show that she created, called “Lady Gaga and the Starlight Revue.” Akon signed the performer to his label.
Through 2007 and 2008, Gaga wrote and recorded her debut album, The Fame which received positive reviews and gained top spots on the music charts globally. With the help of her own creative team, “Haus of Gaga,” she has been successful in her acting or singing career.
