Lewis Tom Cine is a safety with the National Football League’s Minnesota Vikings. He is from Haiti. He attended Georgia and was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft.
Cine was born on October 5, 1999, in Haiti, and immigrated to the United States when he was four years old, first residing in Florida with his family before relocating to Everett, Massachusetts.
He attended Everett High School. He was named the Massachusetts Defensive Player of the Year by USA Today after guiding Everett to an alternate consecutive MIAA state championship with 65 tackles, two sacks, two interceptions, two fumble recoveries, and a blocked punt.
After Everett’s coach departed at the end of the season, Cine relocated to Cedar Hill to live with an uncle and enrolled in Trinity Christian School for his final year.
At Cedar Hill, he was coached by Hall of Fame cornerback Deion Sanders. Cine picked Georgia State over Texas, Michigan, and Florida as his collegiate football destination.
Lewis is the father of Bella. She was born in the state of Texas. She is 5 years older in 2022 and is currently being raised by his grandmother and cousin.
