A well-known hip-hop record label has shared the news that an Atlanta rapper passed away unexpectedly. The death of musician Trouble was confirmed by Def Jam Recordings, which shared an image of the rapper along with a brief message and posted it on Instagram.

Trouble, whose real name is Mariel Semonte Orr, was originally from Atlanta and published his first mixtape in 2011. The mixtape featured the song “Bussin’,” which has been viewed on YouTube more than 2.7 million times.

In the years that have passed since then, he has worked along with other musicians from the Atlanta area, such as Quavo, who is a member of the group Migos, 2 Chainz, and Jeezy.

He collaborated with Mike WiLL Made-It, and Atlanta-born record producer who is best known for his work with artists from the city of Atlanta, including Gucci Mane, Future, Waka Flocka Flame, 2 Chainz, and Ludacris. Together, they recorded two albums.
