Richard Moore was a Scottish journalist, author, podcaster, and former racing cyclist.
Born in 1973 (age 49 years), in Edinburgh, in the United Kingdom, Richard is said to have represented Great Britain at the Tour of Langkawi and Scotland at the PruTour and the 1998 Commonwealth Games.
He is a well-grounded cycling journalist who has worked on a lot of things including Rouleur Magazine, Scotland on Sunday, The Herald, Sunday Herald, and many others.
Moore is Scottish by nationality and is nicknamed “The Buffalo”.
He is said to also be an author who has worked on quite a number of books like; The Dirtiest Race in History: Ben Johnson, Carl Lewis and the 1988 Olympic 100m Final
Richard began his career as a journalist in 1999 and went on to write for The Guardian, The Scotsman, Procycling Magazine, Sky Sports.
The Cyclist Journalist died at the age of 49 years but the cause of his death is yet to be made known.
Moore left behind his wife Margaret Patricia Isabel Martin (Maggie) and his two children a son and daughter.
