Who is Hal Bynum?
Harold L. “Hal” Bynum was an American songwriter associated with the Outlaw country movement in the 1970s.
The musician is known to also be a songwriter who has written many hits songs for popular musicians all over the world including Kenny Rogers, Patty Loveless, Johnny Cash, Cash and Waylon Jennings, and Jim Reeves.
Harold L. “Hal” Bynum was born in the year 1934 but unfortunately died on June 2, 2022.
He is known to have received numerous awards for his contribution to the music industry with some of the awards and nominations being the songwriter awards from the Country Music Association Awards and the Academy of Country Music for “Lucille” (co-written with Roger Bowling), the Song of the Year.
Harold is known to have published a lot of books with some of them being on the Bynum’s Beauregard Books/Records label.
he is also said to have many discographies with some of them being; If I could do anything which was released in 1998 as well as American Prayer released in 2002 and The promise which was also released in 2002 as well.
What Happened to Hal Bynum?
Hal Bynum passed away peacefully at age 87 after a prolonged battle with Alzheimer’s and a final stroke.
