Who Is Ron Rice’s Wife, Darcy LaPier?
Darcy Lynn LaPier is a well-known former model and actress who was born in the United States on July 9, 1965.
Portland State University was where LaPier earned her degree. Additionally, she attended the University of Oregon’s theatre program as well as the Huntington Film Institute in Florida.
When Jean-Claude Van Damme and Darcy LaPier wed in 1994, they were wedded for three years. Ron Rice, the inventor of Hawaiian Tropic, was her first husband from 1984 until 1991; they had a daughter, Sterling.
When she had an affair with Van Dammese while still married to her first husband, the divorce procedures were annulled.
When Ron Rice divorced her, she was entitled to child support, but no alimony. Nicholas van Varenberg was the child of this union (born October 10, 1995).
Gladys Porter became Van Damma’s second wife after he divorced her for the first time. On Valentine’s Day in 1999, LaPier tied the knot with Mark R. Hughes, the creator of Herbalife, in Beverly Hills, California.
The next year, Hughes passed away peacefully in his sleep; LaPier memorialized his passing by covering the grounds of their Malibu mansion with 14,000 crimson flowers.
After Hughes passed away, she relocated to Oregon and started competing in rodeo barrel races on a professional level. In 2013, she was a cast member on the reality series Rodeo Girls, which aired on A&E.
