Greene and her husband, Perry, have three children and were elected in November 2020. Lauren, Taylor, and Derek are the names of her three children. According to her website, she considers becoming a mother to be the finest part of her life.
She also likes to spend time with her family, which includes her husband, whom she married in 1995. They previously lived in Alpharetta, Georgia, but currently reside in Rome, Georgia.

Greene has a tainted political history, having supported conspiracy theories and sparked debate. Greene has backed debunked far-right conspiracy theories, including QAnon and 9/11 denials.
Greene was also a supporter of President Trump’s loss to Vice President Biden in 2020 being overturned. Despite federal agencies supervising election security saying it was the safest in American history, she opposed Biden’s victory.
