Tyler Allen Glasnow is a pitcher for the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball in the United States. In Major League Baseball, he was a member of the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Glasnow was born in the state of California, in the city of Santa Clarita. His father Greg was a swimmer and water polo player, his mother Donna is a retired gymnast who went on to coach at Cal State Northridge, and his older brother Ted was a Notre Dame Fighting Irish decathlete.
