Drew Thomas Rasmussen is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball. He was born in Puyallup, Washington on July 27, 1995.

He previously played with the Milwaukee Brewers, with whom he debuted in the Major League Baseball in 2020.

Originally from Mead, Washington, Rasmussen attended Mt. Spokane High School and later attended Oregon State University, where he competed for the Beavers as a college baseball pitcher.

Rasmussen was selected by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 39th round of the 2014 Major League Baseball draft prior to his freshman season.

A 3–0 victory over Washington State on March 21, 2015, marked the only perfect game in the team’s history. He did so as a freshman.

He was selected by the Tampa Bay Rays in the third round of the 2017 Major League Baseball draft, but he chose not to sign with the team.

Rasmussen underwent his second Tommy John surgery in September 2017, and as a result, he was forced to miss the entirety of the 2018 campaign.
