Brandon Norman Lowe is a Major League Baseball second baseman for the Tampa Bay Rays (MLB). Lowe went to Nansemond River High School in Suffolk, Virginia, and was a member of the baseball team there.

As a junior, he led Nansemond to a district championship, and as a senior, he was named to the first-team all-state, first-team all-region, and first-team all-district teams.

He is committed to playing college baseball for the Maryland Terrapins at the University of Maryland, College Park. His professional career began in the minor leagues with the Tampa Bay Rays when he was picked in the third round of the draft.

Lowe was promoted to the major leagues by the Rays on August 4, 2018. On August 15, Lowe got his first major league hit.
