Donald Slattery is the husband of MyMichigan Health President and CEO Diane Postler-Slattery and is said to have died in a plane crash along with his spouse.

Postler-Slattery, 62, and her husband were thought to be on board a Cessna 182 single-engine plane that disappeared at 7 p.m.

The Detroit News reported that the plane crashed approximately two miles from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport in Panama City, Florida, on Tuesday, citing information from the Federal Aviation Administration.

Multiple agencies were involved in the search for the aircraft, which was eventually found using drones in a densely wooded area.

The couple is survived by three children and five grandchildren.

Donald Slattery is said to have been identified as the owner of the jet which was discovered at a highly forested area near the airport.
