Jonathan Paul Heasley, simply known in baseball as Jon Heasley is an American who plays professional baseball as a pitcher for the Kansas City Royals baseball team of the Major League Baseball(MLB).
Jon Heasley was born on January 26, 1997, Rick Heasley in Charlotte, North Carolina in the United States of America. . His mother’s identity is unknown and we don’t know if he has any siblings.
Jon Heasley had his high school education at Prestonwood Christian Academy(PCA). A private Christian school that serves more than 1,600 students at three different campuses in Plano, Texas. He further went to the Oklahoma State University–Stillwater where he played college baseball for the Oklahoma State Cowboys.
In 2018, during the 13th round of the 2018 Major League Baseball draft, the Kansas City Royals selected him to play for the team. Jon Heasley made his professional debut with the Idaho Falls Chukars in 2018 and 2019, he played as a pitcher for the Lexington Legends.
For the 2020 baseball season, Jon did not play a minor league game because the season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic but he played the 2021 season with the Northwest Arkansas Naturals.
On September 17, the Royals selected his contract to the active roster and he made his MLB debut with them that night.
