Clark was paralyzed from the neck down after being engaged in an automobile accident in Florida in 1993, according to Sanders.
According to TMZ, he suffered an infection that spread throughout his body and lasted a long period.
Clark had pneumonia in the previous two weeks and was in and out of the hospital until his death.
“Martinez Little, a member of the Hi-Five, posted on Facebook Monday, “I am devastated to learn that Roderick ‘Pooh’ Clark, another member of the legendary singing group ‘Hi5’ died away on Easter Sunday.”
He also spoke favorably about their time on the road with Hi-Five.
“Pooh was the most active of the bunch. He could stand exactly under the basket in basketball and jump straight up and dunk the ball “Little penned his work.
“Our Super Soaker matches and play fights were spectacular. In most cities, we used to go toe-to-toe on the basketball court. I still remember how much fun it was to travel as Musical Director with my younger siblings.
