Adalberto Mondesí is a Dominican professional baseball player who plays the position of shortstop for the Kansas City Royals baseball team of the Major League Baseball(MLB). Adalberto signed with the Kansas City Royals in 2011 and has been with them to date. He received a signing bonus of $2 million for signing with them.

In 2012, he made his professional debut with the Idaho Falls Chukars of the Rookie-level Pioneer League. During the 2013 baseball season, Adalberto played with the Lexington Legends of the Class A South Atlantic League.
