Who is Austin Meadows?

Austin Wade Meadows is an American professional baseball outfielder for the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball. He previously played in MLB for the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Born on May 3, 1995 (age 26 years), in  Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States of America Austin began his education at the  Grayson High School

He was said to have led the school’s baseball team to the Georgia Class 6A State semi-finals as a junior, hitting .390 with four home runs, 28 runs batted in (RBIs), and 19 stolen bases.

Austin was said to have played as a running back , wide receiver, and punter at Grayson where he was a teammate of Wayne Gallman and Robert Nkemdiche.

On July 31, 2018, Meadows was traded to the Tampa Bay Rays, along with Tyler Glasnow and a player to be named later, later revealed to be Shane Baz, for Chris Archer and was optioned to Triple-A Durham.

Tampa Bay Rays player Austin Meadows is said to have been born to his father Kenny Meadows and mother Staci meadows who raised him up in Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States of America.

Austin is said to come from a family of sports as his mother, Staci, played softball for Georgia Southern University and Georgia State University and works as an elementary school teacher in Grayson.

His father, Kenny, played baseball and football for Morehead State University. Austin’s parents were said to have raised him as an Atlanta Braves fan.
