Hill attended Booker T. Washington High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he played football alongside Tyler Lockett, Robert Meachum, and former Giant R.W. McQuarters.

Hill was the top safety recruit in the 2019 cycle and the top recruit in Oklahoma. In the recruiting cycle, he was the 14th overall recruit.

For the Michigan Wolverines, Hill played 1,549 snaps in two defensive systems (playing in 33 games with 23 starts at safety/nickel).

Hill was a versatile player under Mike Macdonald’s system, but he was mostly used as a nickel defender. By trade, he’s a safety officer with a lot of expertise.

In 2021, he was named first-team All-Big Ten. Justice Hill, a running back with the Baltimore Ravens, is his brother. Hill ran a 4.30 40-yard sprint, a 43.6-inch vertical, and a 4.22 shuttle run as a high school prospect, according to reports.

If Hill puts up those stats in Indianapolis, he’ll be in the first round. He has eight pressures, 51 solo tackles, 21 STOPS, 6 PBUs, and two interceptions while allowing a 70.6 percent completion rate, according to Pro Football Focus.

In 2021, he also allowed one touchdown. Through three seasons of play, he collected four interceptions and 13 PBUs.
