Collin Snider, full name Collin Kenneth Snider is a professional baseball player who was born on the 10th of October, 1995 in Nashville, Tennessee. He plays the position of a pitcher when on the field.
Before becoming a professional baseball player, Colln played college baseball at Vanderbilt University where he had his college education. In 2016, he played in an amateur baseball league known as the collegiate summer baseball with the Yarmouth–Dennis Red Sox of the Cape Cod Baseball League.
During the 12th round of the 2017 Major League Baseball draft, Collin was selected and drafted by the Kansas City Royals baseball team. He also spent that season playing for both the rookie-level Burlington Royals and the Single-A Lexington Legends. At the end of the season, he had a record of 3.21 ERA in 17 appearances.
In 2018, he returned to play for the Lexington Legends and in 2019, he divided the season between the rookie-level AZL Royals and the High-A Wilmington Blue Rocks. For the 2020 baseball season, Collin didn’t play in a game due to the cancellation of the minor league season because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
After the 2021 baseball season, the Royals added him to their 40-man roster.
