Joy Behar is a noted American comedian, actress, talk show host and writer. She has hosted several talk shows on TV, namely, ‘The View’, ‘The Joy Behar Show’, ‘Joy Behar: Say Anything!’ and ‘Late Night Joy’.
She was born as Josephine Occhiuto on 7 October 1942, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York into a group of Italian-American plummet.
Her dad, Gino Occhiuto, was a transporter at the Coca-Cola Company, while her mom Rose Occhiuto née Carbone was a needle worker.
Despite the fact that Behar was her parents only child, she was brought up in the center of an exceptionally huge more distant family in Williamsburg.

She is a former television producer, Eve now owns her own ceramics studio who is married to Alphonso Anthony Scotti.
She also is a past president of The Clay Art Guild of the Hamptons and former director of Celadon Clay Art Gallery and Shop. Eve maintains her studio practice at home in Sag Harbor, New York where she “is happily potting near the beach surrounded by nature with visits from the local squirrels, chipmunks, birds and occasional deer,” according to her website.
