Joseph Nicholas Gallo was born in Henderson, Nevada, on November 19, 1993. He is a Major League Baseball outfielder with the New York Yankees in the United States (MLB). He formerly played for the Texas Rangers in Major League Baseball.
Gallo was drafted in the first round of the 2012 MLB draft by the Rangers, and he made his MLB debut in 2015. He was named to the MLB All-Star Games in 2019 and 2021, and he won the Gold Glove Award in 2020.
