An investigation has shown that one of the three victims who was slain in the shooting rampage that took place on South Street over the weekend was a guy in his twenties.
According to the Philadelphia-Pennsylvania American Federation of Teachers, Kristopher Minner passed away as a result of the injuries he sustained after being struck by a gunshot while on a well-known street late on Saturday night.
According to the authorities, the tragic shooting began when numerous attackers opened fire on crowds, resulting in a total of 14 people being injured.
At least 11 additional people were injured as a result of the shooting, in addition to the three people who were murdered. Reportedly, Minners worked at Girard College in Philadelphia as a resident adviser for students in the second grade and was also a member of the Girard College Federation of Teachers.
Mourning the loss of a fellow member, the federation said their “hearts are heavy today.”
“Our thoughts are with Mr Minners’ family who woke up this morning missing someone at their breakfast table, his colleagues who will be without a friend, and with his students who will be without a mentor and a role model,” the federation said in a statement.
