Who is Vladimir Zhirinovsky?

Vladimir Volfovich Zhirinovsky was a Russian far-right politician and leader of the populist Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, known for many controversies, and for advocating for Russia’s military actions against the West.

Born on April 25, 1946, in Almaty, Kazakhstan, Vladimir is said to have passed away on April 6, 2022, in  Moscow, which is in  Russia.

Vladimir is a divorcee who got married to  Galina Lebedeva in 1971 but divorced barely 7 years after they tied the knot.

Zhirinovsky has three children by the names of Igor Lebedev, Anastasiya Petrov, and  Oleg Gazdarov.

He is the son of Volf Isaakovich Eidelshtein and  Alexandra Pavlovna Zhirinovskaya.

Vladimir was said to have died after having Covid 19 complications which saw him being placed in a medically induced coma after having sepsis and respiratory failure.

He died on 25 March 2022 but his death was announced on 6 April, by  the speaker of the Duma Vyacheslav Volodin
