Who Is Wangui Mwai?

Wangui Mwai is the daughter of Kenya’s presidents, Mwai Kibaki and Mary Wanbui. Wambui, her mother, is said to be former President Mwai Kibaki’s second wife. Wambui and Kibaki were married under customary law in 2014, according to media sources.

Mary Wambui, her mother, is a successful businesswoman and politician in Kenya. Former President Mwai Kibaki appointed her as the member of parliament for Othaya, and she took over from him.
