Nathan Alexander Pearson, simply known in American baseball as Nate Pearson plays professional baseball for the Toronto Blue Jays of Major League Baseball(MLB). He positions as their pitcher. Nate was born in August 1996 to Dave and Elaine Pearson in Florida in the United States of America.
Nate started his amateur baseball career in high school where he played for the Bishop McLaughlin Catholic High School baseball team located in Spring Hill, Florida. When he completed his high school education, he furthered his education at the university where he continued to play college baseball for the University’s baseball team.
In 2017, he was considered one of the top prospects for the 2017 MLB draft and he was selected in the 28th overall selection by the Toronto Blue Jays. He signed with the Jays in June 2017 and earned a $2.45 million signing bonus. He made his MLB debut on July 29, 2020, for the Toronto Blue Jays team.
