Bruno Fernandes Involved in Horror Car Crash
Bruno Fernandes of Manchester United got injured in a car accident on his way to practice today.
When the atrocity transpired this morning, the 27-year-old Portuguese foreign was traveling with other passengers.
Fernandes was not gravely hurt, according to reports, and he is scheduled to train with his colleagues at Carrington today.
The midfielder’s £94,000 electric Porsche Panamera was destroyed on the driver’s side, according to dramatic photos.
A second vehicle is seen, with the driver’s door ajar and debris strewn across the tiny road.
Ralf Rangnick, United’s manager, will conduct a press conference later today before of the team’s crucial match against Liverpool tomorrow.
It’s unclear whether Fernandes will be able to participate in the rematch.
Rangnick’s starting 11 will be in desperate need of the lynchpin as United fight for a top-four spot.
The Red Devils also have important games against Arsenal and Chelsea coming up.
Fernandes joined United from Sporting Lisbon in January 2020 and has quickly established himself as a major member of the team.
In 120 games in all competitions, he has scored 49 goals.
The ace has nine goals and six assists in just nine games this season.
The midfielder just signed a new five-year contract with the club, which increased his income to £240,000.
