Jair Junior Gasga-Espinoza is Alive. Following the issuance of an Amber Alert, Jair Junior Gasga-Espinoza was discovered safe.
Jair Junior Gasga-Espinoza was allegedly kidnapped in Winston-Salem, near a CVS. The Winston-Salem Police Department has not given any additional information on the incident.
Gasga-Espinoza, however, was discovered safe shortly after 8 a.m., according to the department.
After third-grader Amber Hagerman was abducted and died in Arlington, Texas in 1996, Amber Alerts were developed.
Amber Alerts can only be issued in North Carolina if the missing child is under the age of 17 and is thought to have been taken by a stranger (unless the family member in question is believed to be dangerous to the child).
Jair Junior Gasga-Espinoza is a 5-foot-11 Hispanic youngster who weighs approximately 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, a white T-shirt, gray sweatpants, white tennis shoes, and a white T-shirt.
He was last seen near the 500 block of North Martin Luther King Drive in Winston-Salem, according to police.
The NCDPS has not published any information about the abduction suspects.
