Kaitlin Reagan, his girlfriend, and fellow TikToker were well-known for their amusing prank movies, which he filmed with his girlfriend.

Francesco’s long struggle with testicular cancer came to an end in a tragic manner earlier this week.

Kaitlin had posted updates on Francesco’s health fight with her followers over the years, both on TikTok and YouTube, in addition to their prank videos, which she shared with her followers.

Just a few days ago, she relayed the distressing news that her long-term boyfriend had taken a turn for the worse.

She shared the following message with her 3 million followers: “I love you all, and I ask that you keep him in your thoughts and prayers. We have reached the end of our road. Please join us in prayer and stand with us. Thank you so much for your help.”

His distraught mother, Rosy Lopresti, has also published the funeral arrangements for her son, Francesco, in a Facebook post, in which she wrote:

“Funeral arrangements for my son, Francesco, are as follows:” Visiting hours are from 2 to 9 pm on Friday, March 25th, at the Torresgrossa Funeral Home at 1305-79th Street in Brooklyn.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 26th at 9:30 a.m. at the Guadalupe Church, located at 7201 15th Avenue in Brooklyn.
