Meet Von Miller

31-year-old Vonnie B’Vsean Miller Jr. is a professional football outside linebacker for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League who was born on March 26, 1989.

Von went to DeSoto High School in DeSoto, Texas, where he ran track and played football for the DeSoto Eagles. Von graduated with a degree in poultry science from Texas A&M, where he played football for the Texas A&M Aggies from 2007 to 2010. In 2007, he was a freshman defensive end.

Meet Gloria Miller

Gloria Miller is the mother of NFL linebacker Von Miller of the Los Angeles Rams. Von, who previously played for the Denver Broncos, was awarded MVP in 2016 after leading the Broncos to a Super Bowl victory over the Carolina Panthers. Von has always been the MVP in the eyes of Von’s mother Gloria.

Gloria Miller, a mother who was expected to care for, love, and protect her children, did more; she became Von’s companion, chauffeur, confidante, a beacon of strength, and the person you can’t live without because you know she had an essential role in getting you to where you are.

Gloria Miller stood out of the spotlight as her son took the platform after the Broncos won the Super Bowl, but Von couldn’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for him; without her, Von wouldn’t be the man or football player he is today.

Fortunately, Gloria had aid from her husband, Von Sr., who worked tirelessly, providing Gloria the opportunity to join every one of Von’s games, whether at high school, college, or with the Broncos; Gloria Miller was always there.

Mrs. Miller was there in good and bad times, and She was there to support him when he was grounded for six matches in 2013 after failing to appear in court on his earlier traffic violation in October 2012. When he was able to drive again after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament in his knee, she drove him wherever he needed to go.

 

Meet Von Sr.

Von Miller, Gloria Miller’s spouse, is a business owner. They co-owners of PowrGuardian and run it together ; before that, Von, Sr. was a high school football player and a manager at Payless Shoes Store before going to technical school and working for two battery businesses. They also own a second company called Tasforus, which offers anything from personalized clothing and limo service to spring cleaning.
