Jair Junior Gasga-Espinoza has been found safe after news of his abduction broke in Winston Salem. He is believed to be with his family now.
What Happened To Jair Junior Gasga-Espinoza?
Jair Junior Gasga-Espinoza was allegedly kidnapped in Winston-Salem, near a CVS. The Winston-Salem Police Department has not given any additional information on the incident.
Gasga-Espinoza, however, was discovered safe shortly after 8 a.m., according to the department.
After third-grader Amber Hagerman was abducted and died in Arlington, Texas in 1996, Amber Alerts were developed.
Amber Alerts can only be issued in North Carolina if the missing child is under the age of 17 and is thought to have been taken by a stranger (unless the family member in question is believed to be dangerous to the child).
An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing juvenile by the Winston-Salem Police Department.
Jair Junior Gasga-Espinoza, 17, is a 17-year-old man, according to the police. He stands 5’11” tall and weighs 200 pounds. His hair is said to be black, and his eyes are said to be brown.
He was last spotted sporting a black baseball hat and a white T-shirt.
AMBER stands for America’s Missing: Broadcast Emergency Response and is also a tribute to Amber Hagerman, who was abducted and murdered in 1996.
