Located in Seattle, Washington, the Seahawks play professional American football. When the Seattle Seahawks entered the National Football League in 2002, they became a member of the league’s NFC West division.

In 1976, the squad became an expansion franchise in the NFL. Seattle was a member of the AFC West from 1977 through 2001.

After a long run in the Kingdome (1976–1999) and Husky Stadium (1994 and 2000–2001), they moved to Lumen Field in Seattle’s SoDo area in 2002. Pete Carroll is presently their head coach.

Fans of the Seattle Seahawks have been referred to as the “12th Man,” “12th Fan,” or “12s” together.

A few months later, during a Monday Night Football game against the New Orleans Saints, the team’s supporters established a new Guinness World Record for the highest crowd noise ever recorded at a sports event, hitting 136.6 decibels for the first time.

For the 2021 season, these are the player wages. We don’t have data on all players that were traded mid-season, so keep that in mind. This figure includes the player’s salary as well as any current-year bonuses.
