Kelli McGonagill Finglass is popular for being the director of the NFL team Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders (DCC). Apart from this, she is also an actress and featured in the 2000 American romantic comedy film, Dr T and the Women which was directed by Robert Altman.

Kelli was born in Smith County in Texas in the year 1965. She attended Lindale High School in Texas. When she completed high school, she enrolled at Texas Christian University, where studied Modern Dance and was part of Alpha Delta Pi.

She, later on, attended the University of North Texas where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Marketing. Whiles at the university, she joined the cheerleading squad as she loved to dance. Kelli stopped cheerleading in 1989 and was employed to be the assistant director of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders from 1989 to 1990.

When her contract as an assistant director ended, she worked in the sales and promotions department for the Dallas Cowboys. She was promoted to be the director of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders in 1991.

As the director of the cheerleaders, Kelli has established the squad and has organised different competitions such as the DCC Dance and Drill Team Competitions, Camp DCC, Cheers for Years and Cheers for Fitness.
