Sony Michael is a runner with the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). The Patriots drafted him in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft out of Georgia. During his three seasons with the Patriots, he won Super Bowl LIII and scored the game’s only touchdown. In 2021, Michel joined the Rams.

In 2011, as a sophomore, Michel won the 100-meter dash (10.99s) and 200-meter dash (21.91s) at the FHSAA 2A District Meet.

At the 3rd Annual Miramar Invitational, he won the 100-meter dash in 10.64w.
