Jaquiski Tartt (born February 18, 1992) is an American football safety for the National Football League’s San Francisco 49ers (NFL). He attended Samford University and was taken in the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers.
Tartt went to Mobile, Alabama’s Davidson High School. Tartt spent his high school years playing basketball and did not begin playing football until his final year. Despite just playing football for one season, he committed to playing college football at Samford University.
On November 10, 2014, it was announced that Tartt had accepted his invitation to the 2015 Senior Bowl.
Tartt participated in the 2015 Reese’s Senior Bowl on January 24, 2015, and collected three tackles and one tackle for a loss as part of Gus Bradley’s South team, who lost 34–13 to the North. He became the first Samford player to play in the Senior Bowl with his appearance.
Tartt competed in the NFL Scouting Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, but due to a hand injury, he only ran the 40-yard dash, 20-yard dash, 10-yard dash, and broad jump.

Tartt went to Samford University to play college football. He saw his first action in 2011 after redshirting as a freshman. He started as a redshirt sophomore in 2012 and stayed there until his senior year. He recorded 277 tackles and six interceptions in his career.
