Born on December 31, 1965 (age 56 years), in Houston, Texas, in the United States of America, Todd is the son of Harry Kalas and Eileen Kalas.
Todd has one sibling also by the name of Brad Kalas.
He is known for having broadcasted for quite a number of teams including the New York Mets (1992–1993), Philadelphia Phillies (1994–1996), Tampa Bay Devil Rays / Rays (1998–2016) and his current team which he has worked with since 2017.
Kalas is married to his beautiful wife by the name of Michele Allen with whom they tied the knot on November 15, 2017, and resides in Houston.
He is the oldest son of the late longtime Philadelphia Phillies Hall of Fame and Philadelphia Baseball Wall of Fame broadcaster Harry Kalas and the brother of professional poker player Kane Kalas.
Todd attended university at the Syracuse University’s S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and graduated with a degree in broadcast journalism.
