Corey Matthaei is an American football coach who works in the National Football League (NFL). He has worked with the Kansas City Chiefs since 2018 as their assistant offensive line coach.
Prior to taking on this position with the Chiefs, he held three prior positions with the Philadelphia Eagles. After three seasons as an assistant quarterbacks coach, he took on the role of head quarterbacks coach.
As the quality control coach for the Chiefs, he began his tenure with the team in 2013. Matthaei was an offensive lineman for Willamette University in Salem, Oregon from (2003-06) before he began his NFL career.

During the 2013 season, Matthaei was part of an offensive staff that led the Chiefs to the greatest turnaround in franchise history, winning 11 games following a 2-14 season.
