Before joining the Minnesota Vikings, Daly worked as a defensive line coach for teams such as the St. Louis Rams and the New England Patriots.
Daly graduated from Sacred Heart-Griffin High School in Springfield, Illinois, and Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, with a bachelor’s degree in history. Daly has three children with his wife, Keely Endecott Daly.
